In the last decade, we grew up to integrate three main activities: collection, restoration and recycling of the exhausted tyres.

The Ministerial order 82/2011 entered into force to regulate and organize the collection and disposal of tyres. These activities are nowadays managed by producers and importers consortiums, taking to excellent results. For instance, they are ensuring the disposal of irregularly piled up exhausted tyres in many portions of the Italian country.

The Ministerial order arranges the operational and management modalities of the new system. Everything is now clarified: which are the responsible companies, how to manage the exhausted tyres, who is responsible for monitoring and which are the penalties in the event of non-compliance.
